鑒於網路侵權日益猖獗，各種網路侵權行為均需借助網路服務提供者提供之服務始能遂行，造成著作權之保護產生嚴重衝擊。為解決前述問題，經濟部智慧財產局經參考各國作法及彙整各方建議，於今（97）年7月25日公告「著作權法部分條文修正草案」及「網路服務提供者之責任限制實施辦法草案」，希望建立權利人與網路服務提供者間之「有效的通知/取下」機制，阻止非法資訊於網路流傳，以遏止網路侵權行為。......【詳全文】
The services provided by the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are being utilized to conduct a variety of the increasingly rampant online infringement activities, causing a serious impact on IPR protection. In order to resolve this issue, the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs examined foreign laws and collected comments from all sectors before announcing the Draft Amendment to part of the Copyright Act Articles and the Draft of the ISP Liabilities Bill on July 25, 2008, hoping to establish a notice/takedown mechanism between rights holders and ISPs so as to prevent illegal data transfers and curb online infringement activities........【詳全文】
