CNFI is operated by a board
composed of forty-five directors and fifteen alternate directors along
with fifteen supervisors and five alternate supervisors. Fifteen
executive directors and five executive supervisors are further elected
among the directors and the supervisors, and the executive directors
then elect one Chairman and three Vice Chairmen. With the approval of
the Board of Directors, the Chairman appoints the Secretary General and
Deputy Secretary General. In addition to the Secretariat, there are
Integrated Planning Department, Business Department, Member Affairs
Section, Administration Section, International Affairs Section,
Information and Data Service Section, Intellectual Property Section,
Trade Development Section, Section of Taiwan Investors in Mainland
China, and Financial Section. |
Various
committees are established to help Taiwanese enterprises deal with
rapidly changing business environment. For studying, assisting, and
liaise over important issues that concern both the private and public
sectors, leading industrialists, entrepreneurs, scholars and experts are
invited by the Board to serve on these committees. |
